Returns
We want you to love your DFARNO purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Packaging and protective materials must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Worn or damaged products
- Items damaged through misuse
- Clearance or promotional sale items
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange a replacement where applicable.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
